  • 1 package paper, wide ruled

  • 3 Spiral 1-subject notebook

  • 4 packages of 3x5, ruled 100/pk, white index cards

  • 2 packages of 5 dividers

  • Three - 2 pocket folder (blue, green, yellow)

Other Supplies:

  • 2 packages of 12 pencils

  • 1 box of 12 colored pencils

  • 4 dry erase markers (black/blue)

  • 1 package of 4 highlighters

  • 1 package of 4 glue sticks

  • 4 rolls of Scotch tape

  • Earbuds or headphones

  • 1-2 boxes of Kleenex for the classroom

  • 1 pencil pouch: 3 ring holes

  • 5-10 pictures of you and your family/hobbies/trips
