Job Title: Clerk-Typist - Pupil Personnel Office
The Pavilion Central School District is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk-Typist in the Pupil Personnel Office. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions within the Pupil Personnel Office to ensure the smooth operation of services related to student educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and typing duties to support the Pupil Personnel Office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to student services.
- Assist in preparing and processing various documents, including student records, education plans, and correspondence.
- Provide supportive assistance to students, parents, and staff.
- Collaborate with other office staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Must currently hold Civil Service Clerk-Typist position or be reachable on the current Genesee County Civil Service Clerk-Typist Eligibility List.
- Must receive fingerprint clearance to work in a public school district.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Minimum of $31,200 or higher based upon experience
- Desirable twelve-month, full-time, weekday schedule (no evening, nighttime, overtime, weekend or holiday work)
